Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to every order placed on www.psicustom.com or with our sales team. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
1. Our products
We sell two kinds of products. Retail (ready-to-wear) items are stock products available in the sizes and colors shown on the site. Custom items are team kits and apparel made to order based on a design and quotation approved by you.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We issue a BIR-registered invoice for every sale. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout or in your approved quotation is the price you pay. If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.
3. Custom orders
Production starts only after you approve the final design proof and we receive the payment stated in your quotation. Please check every name, number, size, spelling, and logo on the proof before you approve it. We produce exactly what you approve, so errors in an approved proof are not grounds for a free reprint.
Because custom items are made for you, an approved custom order can't be cancelled, returned, or exchanged unless the item has a manufacturing defect. Sublimated colors may look slightly different on fabric than on a screen or printed proof. Small color differences within normal production tolerance are not defects.
4. Logos and artwork
When you send us a logo, name, or artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We may refuse any design that we believe infringes someone else's rights or is offensive. Our design templates, patterns, and the PSI brand remain our property. We may show photos of finished kits in our portfolio and social media. Tell us in writing if you'd rather we didn't.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery dates and production lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control are not our responsibility, but we'll keep you informed. You're responsible for giving us a complete and correct delivery address. Ownership and risk pass to you once the order is delivered to that address.
6. Returns, exchanges, and defects
Returns and exchanges for retail items follow our Exchange & Return page and Refund Policy. For damage from a crash, see our Crash Replacement program. If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
7. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information only to process orders, deliver products, and support you, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Complaints and governing law
If you have a concern, please contact us first at store@psicustom.com. We'll try to resolve it quickly and fairly. You may also file a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any court case will be filed in the proper courts of Marikina City.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.
