Crash Replacement

Unfortunately, accidents happen during the racing and training. Most often, we are all lucky that our kit takes most of the beating when we crash. It happens to the best of us... shoot us an email at repair@psicustom.com with details such as team name, your personal info along with picture of the damage. 

• All custom kits will receive 30% discount on original quoted price.
• All retail items will receive 50% discount on the reorder of their item.

Terms and Condition

1. Normal wear and tear, bramble/fabric pulls, or other damage do not apply.
2. The replacement offer is only valid for the original purchaser.
3. The discount cannot be used with any other offer or promotion, including items in the sale.
4. The replacement discount may only be applied at the psicustom.com online store.
5. The custom kit will needs to be current or prior season ordered design to be qualified
6. The discount may be used to replace the damaged item(s) from the same style group. e.g If 1 pair of bib shorts is damaged, a discount will be provided for the purchase of 1 pair of bib shorts. Should your damaged item be out of stock, the discount will be given on the most recent and available item in the current collection.
7. Our decision on whether a crash claim is genuine is final
